A delegation from “Pasqua Together 2025”, affirming the centrality of the resurrection of Christ for the Christian faith, visited the World Council of Churches (WCC) on 27 February 2025, during the JC2033 International Gathering in Geneva. Jerry Pillay, the general secretary, affirmed that a common celebration of Easter would be a profound testimony to the resurrection of Christ.

We were delighted to welcome the Reverend Jerry Pillay as keynote speaker for the Unity Evening on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at our World Meeting in Geneva. In his role as General Secretary of the World Council of Churches, Dr. Pillay reminds us of the importance of Christian unity for Christ's common witness to the world.

At the initiative of Dr. Rick Warren and Dr. Billy Wilson, 25 global Christian networks and ministries gathered in New York City on December 2-3, 2024 for “Roundtable 2033.”
